Sean is a pharmacist and active member of Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club. He has coached and played many sports over the years, currently enjoying mountain biking, cycling, weights, walking and golf. Sean was a driving force behind the popular Kaiti Hill Challenge.
He has served on the Mangapapa School Board of Trustees and is currently on the Chelsea Hospital Board.
NZCT has granted $7,308 to Campion College in Gisborne for new musical equipment, allowing them to provide a rich musical education where students can grow in confidence and showcase their talents.
NZCT has awarded Parafed Gisborne Tairawhiti (PGT) a $41,646 grant to pay salaries and support their participation in the 2025 Halberg Disability Games.
