2009 ANNUAL REPORT
NZCT is proud to announce that during the 2008-09 financial year we distributed 3,615 grants and returned $40.9 million to local communities. Some of our highlights for the year included:

Major grants for community facilities such as Nairnville Park in Wellington, the Sportsville Complex in Papatoetoe, the Mazengarb Park Hockey Turf on the Kapiti Coast and Saxton Field in Nelson.

Continuation of our six Regional Advisory Committees (RACs), including a new RAC for the Chatham Islands (committee members are upstanding members of their local communities and help us by providing recommendations on local grants).
Our 2008-09 annual report provides a visual understanding of the work we do and the people we support. We are proud of what we’ve achieved, but we can only do this with the help of our hard working gaming venue operators and their staff.
We acknowledge and thank them for their work, loyalty and help. Without them, many community events and activities simply couldn’t take place.
